Project agreement
Prices are proposed starting rates. Before work begins, both parties agree on scope, final price, materials, schedule and payment terms in a separate proposal or contract.
Materials and timing
The customer supplies copy, photos, logos and access required for the agreed task and confirms permission to use them. Delayed materials or approvals can change the schedule.
Revisions and extra work
Revision rounds are listed in each package. New pages, features and changes to agreed scope are quoted separately.
Warranty and support
Warranty covers defects in the agreed implementation for 14 or 30 days, depending on the package. Care subscriptions cover listed tasks and time limits; major changes are excluded.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, translation, licences and payment fees are excluded unless agreed. Intellectual property, cancellation, payment and liability terms are documented in the contract.
